Abhishekam is the beautiful ancient ritual worship of bathing the Divine form, murti, in several different substances. The substances are symbolic of the Panchabhuta, or five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether.
By offering these elements symbolically to the Divine in the form of murti, both the internal and external environment are brought into balance. When the elements are in balance, we experience greater harmony, ease, positivity, and Divine Love.
Not only are the people present for the ceremony blessed and purified through the Abhishekam, but the entire surrounding area, and the world at large.
Abhishekam is a step more powerful than Puja as it activates and purifies the five building blocks of creation. Abhishekam is done to remove all the obstacles on our path, regardless of circumstance, making success easy, both materially and spiritually.
Abhishekam done with the intention or prayer for a person, place, or circumstance is a powerful way to bring Divine Grace into each situation.
Upon purchase, you will receive an email from us requesting information regarding your prayer request. After we receive this information from you, one of the Swamis, Rishi, or bramacharis will perform abhishekam on your behalf or for your loved ones.
