Atma Kriya Yoga is the most powerful yogic practice in the world today.
Atma Kriya Yoga (AKY), meaning “awareness of the Soul in action”, is a complete yoga and meditation practice. It has been given by Mahavatar Babaji to Paramahamsa Vishwananda to help us develop, nurture, and expand our connection with the Divine within. Atma Kriya Yoga embodies the ancient roots of yoga - union with the Divine. It utilizes the heart and calms the mind so that you can hear your inner voice and feel the love that already resides within you.
We are happy to announce that this course will be taught by Kriya Prasadakaya Dasi, USA Country Coordinator for AKY. If you have any questions please contact her at KriyaPrasadakayaDasi@gmail.com

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:
I just took the Atma Kriya Yoga course with Kriya Prasadakaya Dasi last weekend, and there is something beautiful I would like to share. AKY is so beneficial to everyone regardless if someone is on the spiritual path or not, regardless their religious or personal beliefs. The ancient techniques have the power to help manage our lives better. It's so amazing because it will improve anybody's quality of life, health, and help to move forward on the spiritual path. AKY is so much more than just mindfulness meditation, or the instrument which helps you calm the mind and become a more positive person. What is most beautiful is that it helps you connect with God, Love, and the Source of Life inside and around you. Overall, there are no words to describe it, it is only about what you can experience in your everyday practice. It takes you so deep to the Source of your being. So, Jai Gurudev, thank you KriyaPrasadakaya Dasi for this wonderful opportunity to dive into AKY.
